Changi Airport Group held its Annual Airport Celebration awards ceremony last night. The event recognises the exceptional airport workers and partners who personify our Changi Service DNA, and have gone above and beyond to improve the passenger experience. Among the awards given out was one for 'Service Partner of the Year', which went to P-Serv Pte Ltd for their commitment to delivering the best service to passengers and visitors alike at Changi. During the pandemic, P-Serv collaborated with CAG on ideas to enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency. These included the virtual Changi Experience Agent (vCEA) and Chatbot Max to provide contactless yet personalised assistance. As travel continues to recover, we also continue to move forward with P-Serv on innovative initiatives to transform service delivery, like an Integrated Customer Care function for centralised customer handling.
